Quick review from written notes, thanks Joe for sharing!
Murky sunkissed orange, champagne streamers rising, sheets of soft white foam lace in the glass, lasting head retention.
Fruity acidic aroma with some funky wild yeast, and a slight minerality.
Tart passion fruit, guava, Hawaiian punch, sweet tarts, dry finish. Light and effervescent feel, thirst quenching. Overall pretty nice, though the Brett d'Or was a shade better.

375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy yellow. Small white head, fades quickly. Faint wisps on the surface.
Smell - Winey character. Strong acidity. Grainy and lemony.
Taste - Really intense sourness right up front. Dies down throughout the drink. Lemony with just a bit of funk before the sourness covers it up.
Mouthfeel - Pretty heavy bodied for a sour. Medium carbonation.
Overall - Intensely sour. Nice. Not usually the type of sour I enjoy, but it has enough going on to justify it's intensity.

The beer pours a hazy golden yellow with a thin wispy white head. The nose has a touch of acetone and white grape sweetness. The taste is potently sour, far more sour than expected, with a great tart, vinous aftertaste. Huge risisual sourness that lingers until your palate is desert dry and craving more. Terrific barrel characteristics with a white grape sweetness. This beer meets and exceeds expectations with huge barrel and sour characteristics...this beer is completely worth trying.

Pours a deep golden color with a small amount of fizzy eggshell foam that dissipates quickly to leave some spotty lacing.
Aromas begin with ripe white vinous fruit, light sourdough bread, dusty funk and some rustic barrel notes. Not one of the above is greater than the other but all emerge and work well with one another.
The tastes begin with light acedic fruit, white grape, oak, pineapple, lemon and tangerine. I then get some more barrel vanilla and oak with some more emerging funky earth/wet hay.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium to low carbonation. Thin finish is super farily sour and tart overall, but by no means wrenching.
Overall I will call this beer for comparison's sake, Beatification Lite, which I prefer. Beatification is really over the top sour in my opinion and makes it hard to fully appreciate the various Brett yeast and oak enduced flavors which are lost a little in the Beatification. Don't get me know this is a sour/wild beer for sure but it reaches the perfect balance for me. Chad wins.
