Had on tap at the brewery.
A: Pours a hazy amber with little head.
S: Very light malt and some belgian yeast here.
T: Banana and some light malt. Nice smooth hop bitterness at the finish.
M: Light body but needs more carbonation.
O: Decent beer.

From the growler, it pours a golden amber with a small head, quickly dissipating to a ring. What nose there is, is lightly malty. In the mouth, well balanced between malt and the hops. A good brew!

Picked up a bottle of the local brewer here in the historic city of Fredericksburg, birthplace of George Washington's mother - the Grandmother of her country?
It bears the appearance of your average lager: a golden hue with profuse carbonation bubbles and a minimal head retention. The nose is reminiscent of wet grass with subtle hoppiness and an underwhelming mouthfeel. While not impressed with the bottle, I did so with several of Blue and Grey beers served on draft at the Capital Ale House. (See My Review.)

First had: on tap at B&G
Looked fine for a lager, mostly clear, golden color, with a small white head that receded to a wispy layer; not much in the way of lacing. Aroma of corn sugar, toasted grains, light herbal hops. Pretty much the same in the taste, corn, pale malts, light herbal hops, mineral notes. Light body, moderate carbonation. Easily drinkable, enjoyable for what it is.

I had this on-tap at Lee-s Retreat.
Served in a pint glass.
A: Poured a glistening gold color, with a slight chill haze, and about a 1/2 finger head.
S: Like most B & G brews, not much on the nose. I got maybe a bit of yeast, a slight bit of hop, and lots of coldness.
T: Very crisp and refreshing, with just the right amount of bitterness and the sweetness was well-tempered for sure.
M: The drinkability was definitely high here with a really nice, fluffy carbonation bill.
O: This is one of the brewery's better offerings. I'd have this one again in a heartbeat.
