It's awesome to see "the kids" brewing great beer!!!

This stout pours a typical inky black with good head retention and lacing. A fantastic aroma of caramelized chocolate malts with bitter undertones. Chocolate is prevalent in the taste, along with coffee and all other roasted/toasted malt variants. Bitter finish catches in the back of your throat and lingers nicely...

So glad to know that Niagara college is out there, developing the future!! Well done...
