From the sire: "Brewed with Andechs yeast … released October, 2011"

A - Helles yellow... slightly cloudy, translucent yellow brew. Thin white head which didn't last long.

S - Grains and grass. There is a bit of a sulfur at the end that is perplexing me. Smells like a German Lager.

T - Sweet, creamy and bready. It's malty flavor dominates, but there is a spicy bitter finish.

M - Light/medium body with very little carbonation.

O - I was craving a taste of Bavaria... one of the better Helles I’ve had.
