This amber ale is mildly malty medium bodied, 5.5% ABV and inspired by the mole sauces of Mexico. Our amber ale has been aged on cocoa nibs, ancho, chipotle, pasilla peppers and cinnamon bark. The resulting beer is red to brown with a pronounced chocolate, nutty nose, with hint of cinnamon and fruity raisin even tobacco flavors from the dried and smoked peppers. Flavor starts chocolaty and ends with spice from the cinnamon and a touch of heat from the chiles. Enjoy with dinner or by itself!

Rated this before from a bottle but had it on tap tonight and was much better than I remembered it being. Smooth with hints of chocolate that ends with a slight heat. Great with Mexican food!
