"A light , crisp and refreshing farmhouse ale. Golden to light orange in color with a floral nose and a dry finish. B-side is brewed with three base malts: Organic Pilsner, Organic 2-row and Rye. Northwest grown Willamette, Golding and Hallertauer aroma hops offer a soft underlying bitterness to help bolster the refreshing nature of the beer. The key note speaker in this beer is the Farmhouse Ale yeast."

A: Honey amber liquid with a massive creamy frothy head that dissipated quickly and left a decent lacing.
S: Honey, dandelions, marigolds, clean yeast.
T: Honey, dandelions, marigolds, clean yeast and chamomile tea. Some biscuit and pilsner malt taste as well.
M: Medium level of sharp and fine carbonation. Medium bubbly viscosity.
O: A good Saison, that likely uses a French yeast strain. A quaffable beverage for a hot summer day.

A: Light golden straw. Epravesant. White lead with little to no retention.
S: Tropical fruit and alcohol. Sweet smelling and very light and delicate.
T: Sweet wheat flavors. Mellow with a rich wild, gamey taste at the end. Not overly sweet like other farmhouse ales I've had, but still on the sweet side. Definite passion fruit notes. Slightly crisp.
M: Thin and light. Long fruity and yeasty aftertaste. The aftertaste fades to a mostly clean taste.
O: Nice farmhouse. A lot of sweet notes. Could have gone for a bit more crisp bitterness to round out the the fatty free range yeast flavor and finish the aftertaste, but that's not picking. Overall, pretty good if you're in the mood.

Growler from the brewery.
A crystal clear light yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and nice lacing. The nose is solid. Fruity, spicy, phenolic and moderately flora, this has plenty of characteristics that I look for in a saison. Honeydew melon, peaches, honey, bananas, a little bit of pepper, not much of a grainy character. A touch sweet.
The palate opens crisp, a little doughy with honey, a moderately chalky/mineral profile that lends an astringency to the palate, especially on the finish. The fruity and yeasty flavors dominate the mid-palate. There's honey, pepper, bananas, this is quite estery with some phenols. Light in body, this beer is highly carbonated, exacerbating the bitterness that the chalk lends. The malt character is a touch dull, which is disappointing. Decent.

750ml bottle poured into a stemless wine glass.
The beer pours a nice lemon rind yellow color, hues of gold and dandelion, nice hazy complexion with a big, soapy white head, nearly 3 fingers high that has good retention and leaves behind a trickle of lacing. The aroma is very pleasant, lemon zest, light floral notes with subtle yeasty funk. Sweet, pale cereal grain lingers behind, but the aroma is very light and fleeting, albiet quite refreshing and inviting. The flavors are similar, faint citrus, light floral character, yeasty funk with some sweet fruit comes out that trails into sweet, pale grain. The body is nice, a bit on the thinner side, coats the mouth well with a finish that is almost creamy, but a touch watery.
Verdict: Like the bottle says, a simple, refreshing farmhouse ale, and one that I really enjoyed. A great beer to share during a nice sunny afternoon.

Served in a cervoise. Thanks, Aaron! Interesting phenolic character with a bit of pepper. Dry and with a slight tannic character. Quite yeasty. Not a fan.

Poured into a Chimay glass.
A: Hazy and yellow, thin white head.
S: Light smell of bananas (thats how i describe Belgian yeast)
T: Light citrus and some small spice.
M: Very light, a little bubbly. I was hoping for a more full flavor.
O: Good, not the best farmhouse I have had, but certainly drinkable and enjoyable. I will have again.
