A long, dark wood bar with a huge, dark wooden bar back with cool scrollwork dominates the front of the place. Tall, shiny brew tanks take up the back. Good combination.
Service was excellent (Beth) though I was the only one there on an early Wednesday afternoon.
Ten beers on tap, three are guests. Today they are Inlet Brewing's Monk in the Trunk, Oskar Blues G'Knight, and St. Somewhere 's Athene.
If you're hungry, you can get a delivery from Corner Cafe next door. How cool is that? Cooler still, the faucets in the restrooms are tap handles.
Open at noon Tuesday through Sunday. Closed on Mondays.
Growlers refilled (thiers) $6/32 oz, $18/gallons. Kegs are available in 13.2 & 5.2 gallon sizes with deposit.

A bar that is over 100 years old, plus weekly casks, and new beers tapped weekly too? Um yes! Grab a pint then watch Matt and the guys make some great Craft Beer. Pretty much ever beer I’ve had from them has been delicious, including some killer treatments. They offer decent food from their neighbor/sister restaurant Corner Cafe that is a little pricy, but still tasty. A highly recommended spot to visit for any Craft Beer lover.

Upon walking toward the entrance they have growlers, shirts, hats and visors inside the glass semi-hallway. Once entering the brewery you see the dark wooden bar that looks like it's from a western. To the left is a cooler for your growlers and to the left is a round table that seats 6-7 people. As you go towards the back you walked between the bar and about 5 to 6 high top tables.

Once past the bar there are two couches and a couple comfy big chairs in front of them. There is a P.H.I.L. machine for the growlers. A bathroom is a bathroom until you make the faucet a tap! I love it. There is also nice dim blue lighting coming from the brewery which is right there in your face! Awesome.

The service is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever had! Beth, Kenny, Debbie, Tommy, Fran and Matt will always make sure you have a full pint. They will also answer any questions, BS with you and are very knowledgable about beer. It is A+, 5 star top notch service and staff.

The selection is great too. They have 3 year rounds: Der Chancellor (German Kolsh), Gnarley Barley (American Pale Ale and Terminally Ale (Nitro Brown Ale). Then they have a Hefeweizen that rotates flavor. Followed with a Latest Batch and a Big Hitter (High ABV). Sometimes they even have muliple Latest Batches and Big Hitters on tap. Plus guest taps from places as Oskar Blues, Victory, Due South, Cigar City, etc, etc.

While they don't cook any food in the brewery you can get delivery or bring in food. Corner Cafe is right next door and has great food. Which they will deliver to you at the bar. Also Hog Snappers in about 3 doors down the plaza too. Awesome food there as well but pick-up only.

The prices are some of the best around. Happy hour is usually from noon to 8pm. $3.50 pints! After that it's $4.50 a pint. There are places you can't even order crap beer for those prices let alone great craft beer.

This is my favorite place to grab a beer by far. They have wine and cider for the wife if she is not in a beer mood. They will change the channels on the TV if you ask. If you wish to bring in a bottle or two to share they are cool with that too. I have been to a lot of breweries and bars. While there are a lot of good ones in South Florida TBC is #1 in my book. Very highly reccomended to anyone who enjoys craft beer and good people.

Half of an old bowling alley that they gutted. It's got this interesting mix of modern minimalist and old school bar vibe which was super comfortable. It was stripped-down, all black with dark wood and mod lighting, a honking wooden bar and mammoth back bar in the front and the shiny stainless steel brewery in the back. Apparently all that wood was trucked in from a bar that one of the owner's granddads owned.

I was also there on a Wednesday afternoon and we were two of six people at the bar--just the way I like it. Had a flight of their beers which were all spot on: a "classic german kolsch," an herby saison, double IPA, a chocolate coffee dubbed Terminal Ale, a hoppy pale ale called Gnarly Barley, and Oskar Blues' imperial red.

These guys know what they are doing with their 15bbl system. They also have this space-age growler filler from Austria--quite a rig to see in action and one of five in the US. All the people were super friendly and informative. We will definately be back!

Took a trip up the coast to Tequesta on a business trip to Ft. Lauderdale. Sure glad I took the time.

TBC is located in a strip center on US1. A long bar top takes up the right hand side, there are a few tables in the front and a nice seating area in the back. An attractive salvaged dark wood bar sits behind the bar with the tap list written on an old mirror set into the bar.

Six beers on tap, all quite tasty. Brown ale and kolsch are two of my less favorite beer styles as a rule, but Terminally Ale and Der Chancellor are excellent renditions of the style. I was a big fan of the Gnarly Barley, a hoppy copper colored pale ale. The rotating what tap was a hefe made with spelt, a decent unfiltered quad and an Australian amber ale that was the only miss for me.

Service was quick, prices were reasonable. I was sorry I could not hang longer, and that I was leaving town before the weekend beer fest, for which they were tapping a few special beers. This place is worth checking out if you are any where near it. Best beers I had on my trip, and it frankly was not a close contest.

Been here several times but it is time for a review.

A - Walk in the front door you will pass a glass entryway. They have their growlers (32 oz and 1 gallon) displayed so you know what you can get. The bar itself is around 100 years old that I believe they transported from somewhere up north. Very nice look. Huge L shaped bar. The brewery equipment is near the back and gleams in the light. Excellent atmosphere.

Q - I have had every beer including their seasonals here and they all are good to excellent. They are served in their proper glasses at the appropriate temperature.

Selection - They always have 6 of their own brews on tap. There are some standards like Der Chancellor (Kolsch), Terminally Ale (Brown Ale), Gnarly Barley (APA). They also have a Big Hitter that changes (this trip it was a Bourbon Barrel Milk Stout) and a Julio's Hefeweizen (this time a traditional German). The guests taps were Dales Pale, DH Festina Peche, Monk in the Trunk, Woodchuck Cider and one I cant recall. They have wine too if thats for you.

Service - Excellent. The bartenders (two women I always see and damn if I can recall the names) are friendly and always happy to see you. They know their brews too. Matt (the brewmaster) is always there and is glad to talk beer and show you the equipment.

F - They do not have food technically on site but you can order off a menu from the Corner Cafe right next door and eat it in the bar. Menu is basic but good with items like fish dip, burgers, quesadilla, chips etc.

This place is extremely reasonable prices. Filled two growlers today (32 ozers) and had 2 beers for 20 bucks. This is a must stop if your in Tequesta. You will not be disappointed.

Tequesta Brewing Company is a nice addition to the area. They brew a dozen or so of their own beers and you can buy a brown gallon bottle that has a porcelain cap (the kind that you can open and close as many times as you like) on the top, that they fill with one of their own beers. The container can be brought back to TBC and they will fill it up again for you. The fill-up process is a show in itself, with the latest industrial-grade machine right by the bar counter, so everyone can see when the bottle goes up to the nozzle and the filling process begins. One can often see the owner right there by the bar, talking to customers and answering any and all questions related to brewing and beers. Very nice!

TBC is a hike for me as its 35 miles from my home. That may not be a bad thing 'cause if it was closer I'd spend way too much time there. Thankfully I can drive up have a nice meal from The Corner Cafe then pop next door to the brewery for Matt's latest creation which is always great. Yesterday it was Red Dragon, an imperial red ale. At 72 IBUs and 8.1%ABV it is a robust brew. OK, so I finished mowing the yard about an hour ago and I'm on my second pint of the Dragon which means I gotta keep this short and to the point. Point is: don't miss out on a great thing go to Tequesta Brewing Company and enjoy some of the best beer you'll ever have.

I am extremely fortunate enough that this brewery is about 5 minutes away from my house! I have been in there about a dozen times now. Always great atmosphere and Matt the owner/head brewer is a great guy. Very easy to talk to and you can tell he is very passionate about his beer! Gnarly is one of my favorites and the 'Big Hitter' that is a specialty beer which rotates is always amazing. I just finished off my growler of a Black IPA Big Hitter and it was so good. Their DIPA is phenomenal and they just released 'Honey Badger' which I am definitely going to try this weekend!

If you have the chance definitely stop by and support this brewery! They recently got a 750ml bottler so look out!!

Crowded Friday night with some great brews being created. Gnarley Barley was nice and guest Jai Alai from a favorite Cigar City Florida Brewery. These were my only personal selections but very impressive. Bumped into owner who took me on an impromptu tour and sneak peak at Irish Red coming this month. Thanks to all for the wonderful taps. Food is located next door and a few selections in the mall area. There is even a cigar store down the walkway, although they were closed. South Florida is represented well here, guys give this place a try.
