Nose: Rich yeastiness. Bready and spicy with citrus and black pepper. A touch of mustiness is in there, but buried deep beneath the scent of orange peel.

Appearance: Golden blonde. Good and hazy. About .25" of head that didn't last long but managed to lace modestly.

Taste: Bright and fresh - very citrus forward - mostly orange juice (but really good orange juice). Hints of pepper and clove. The saffron adds a nice depth that plays well against the thin, crisp mouthfeel (got this growler filled yesterday). The finish is very mildly bitter like grapefruit and fairly dry. It keeps you coming back.

Overall: A real treat. So glad to know these guys are right down the road.
