330 ml bottle, poured into a long tulip glass.
Color is very pale and cloudy. Almost no head and absolutely no lacing.
Smell is very special. It has something grainy in it but totally different than other beers. I suppose because it's made with millet malt.
Taste is also grainy and a little tart.
Body is light to medium with high carbonation.
Overall this is surely an interesting brew but not necessarily in a good way. It feels like a lambic but made with a specialty grain. I would recommend this beer only to those with gluten intolerance.

From a 33 cl green bottle, this brew pours a milky, dull yellow-gold color. The head is minimal, soon becoming nonexistent. The bottle says that the beer is brewed from millet, with agave syrup added. It's unfiltered, and you can smell a fair amount of yeast. The aroma is similar to a hefeweizen, with some citric and unmalted-grain qualities. The taste is slightly tart, and the beer falls just slightly to the dry side of things. There's a faint hop bitterness in the back. There's a lot of fruitiness and slightly sour notes throughout the taste, along with a healthy yeast flavor. It's not bad, but it's reminiscent of a homebrewer's experimental beer (one that still needs some tweaking). Medium in body, and fairly refreshing, this is worth a try if only for the experience.
