A- Pours a super hazy, pale gold color with a white head. Almost looks like lemonade. Head has ok retention, turns into a few bubbles around the edge of the glass and a few spots of lacing.
S- I'm not really picking up any of the usual smells that go with a Wit. Smell is really light, but what I do pick up is a very light amount of citrus mainly oranges and wheat. That's about it I can't really say anything else.
T- Again this is super light. A bit bready and a touch of citrus is about all I'm really picking up here.
M- Light in body and carbonation was right on. Felt a little too light.
D- Easy to drink there was really anything going on here. I'll pass on this one next time.

On tap @ the Brew Kettle on 8/6/09. Served in a stemmed flute.
Pours a hazy gold, topped with a 1/2 finger of brite-white head. Retains with some foamy edging, that leaves a decent looking smattering of spotty lacing back. The aroma starts with a tangy smelling pop of wheat, orange zest, and a touch of tart lemon. Some spicy notes of coriander (and to a lesser extent clove) add some extra flavor to the nose. This is overall generally pretty sweet in the nose.
The taste is very sweet, with bread and a smack of citrus. The spicing and yeast seem almost like an afterthought in the flavor profile, being mostly notable in in the finish, where it leaves a dry and dusty feel. The mouthfeel is lighter-medium bodied, with a sharp up front to the carbonation, but then mellows out a bit more into a bubbly and smooth feel. Pretty easy feeling overall.
This definitely seemed a bit unbalanced towards the sweeter character of a Wit, but I personally didnt' mind too much. At least some spicing (especially the orange peel) came out nicely and the easy body and ABV were right on for a crisp summertime quaff.

Looks like a wit. I like them a little more cloudy but it has the standard pissy yellow color and thin whispy brilliant white head. Leaves a thin layer of lace.
Love the aromas, huge blash of coriander at the get go that leads into orange peel, lemon zest, yeast, white pepper, and hints of pineapple.
A good wit, again lead by a bright acidic blast of effervescent coriander. Creamy in the middle showing lemon meringue, orange, lime, peculiar yeast and light white pepper on the finish. Way to easy to drink but it is a wit.
