Served in a wit glass. Cloudy, light orange color. The wheat flavor is the most noticeable taste, then a bit of sour yeastiness. I did not notice too much of the fruit or spiciness that Belgian Wits are supposed to have, this did not seem much different than a German Hefeweizen. This is a good choice if you go to the brewery.

The new brewery, I am intrigued. All Belgian beer too? now I've got half a chub. Sacrilegiously getting toasty in a church? Now I'm all the way there.

A hazy belgian wit, low on aroma and boring in taste. The oranges are non-existent, just a banana and clove estery spice and far to much sweetness. Wits should have a light sweetness, but not this much. I had half of the beer, another in the party ordered it and was turned off. He drinks Labatt though, so his distaste isn't the breweries fault.

Vivant- You have a sexy brewhouse and a great idea, lets just get the beer up to snuff.

Had on tap. Poured into a becher glass

A: Pours a hazy copper with two fingers of white head. Lacing lasts quite long.

S: Belgian yeast in here typical banana and clove. A little citrus and a hint of wheat.

T: Banana and clove. Some citrus peel and some spice. A little wheat sourness. Acidic finish

M: Well carbonated. Slight chalkiness

D: refreshing lighter beer
