As I've gotten more into craft brews and discovering the world of beer, once in awhile I still desire a crips lighter beer which isn't exactly the norm in the independent brewery sect.
Beach Haus is exactly that - a nice light lager which is perfect for summer.
It certainly reminds you of a Miller Lite, but it has a little more body and hops to it.
It's not going to win any craft brewery awards, but I enjoyed it. I'll get it again next time I'm down at the Jersey Shore.

A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a finger tall bright white head that reduces to a film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts with some hints of grains (and a slight hint of sweetness). There is a light amount of earthy hops.
T: Moderate flavors of bready malts along with some graininess and perhaps a hint of wheat. There is a light to moderate presence of earthy hops that gives a light bitterness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate to high amounts of carbonation. Slightly prickly on the tongue.
O: This beer was much better than I expected (I did not have high expectations for this beer since there were very few reviews and an average score that I saw when shopping). I found this beer easy to drink and sessionable.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass.
Pours light gold with no foam (or very little). Hazy, partially see through. Fruity smell & bubblegum too. Malt and straw taste, some citrus. Pilsy hop close. Light and breezy. Smooth. Strong carbonation, more so than expected. Nice beer - easy but flavorful.
