Gold colored with a bubbly white head, it's cloudy and there's a large amount of arbonation.
You can smell the coriander used in this as well as the orange peel, there is also a fruity yeasty aroma Im picking up.
First I taste the wheat, followed by breast toast with an orange peel finish.
Light bodied and crisp make this a very refreshing beer. The bold wheat and bread flavors give way to a more subtle orange citrus flavor.
This is a good smelling beer that has both aroma and flavor complexity. The bold flavors really surprised me as I was expecting something more laid back. This is a unique beer.

Once more, my local, in-person trader tone77 has come through in a big way for me in support of The CANQuest (TM)! He keeps saying that I am a master of the CAN and yet he is a major CANtributor. I always look forward to our late-night, clandestine (since my porch light is currently OOC) handoffs. What must the neighbors think? This was the one that really threw sand into the gears as it is my picture illustrating the entry and approval took MUCH longer than normal. Cheers, jeers and more beers are all welcome if you do not like my finesse with the camera. I am a writer, not a shutterbug!

From the CAN: "A Belgium-style white ale made with coriander, orange peel, and wheat. This beer is refreshing and tasty with a sweet and shimmering frothy head."

Dr. Frederick Wertham railed against the prevalence of zombies in 1950's comic books in "The Seduction of the Innocent", but I embrace them, especially in the form of beer. Another worthy Crack followed by an inverted Glug and low head retention. I sense a theme beginning to develop. The finger of bone-white head that I created quickly fell away to mere wisps. Color was a cloudy lemon-yellow. Nose smelled of lemon, pineapple, black pepper and simple must. Ooh. Mouthfeel was thin-to-medium and the combination of black pepper and citrus fruit was unbelievable! Do they still make Tropical Fruit Life Savers? I used to like taking one of each in the roll and allowing then to dissolve on my tongue at the same time. This is what that tasted like, plus a single-serve packet of black pepper. Yum! Uh oh. I am being transformed into a zombie! I need to wrap up this review and head out in search of brains. Finish was semi-dry and the CANs would certainly be worthy of anyone's summertime cooler. Enjoy and I'll catch up with you on the beach! I'll be the one seemingly covered head-to-toe in 150 SPF sunscreen until I begin munching on your internal organs ...

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a whiteish/yellow color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of spices, some citrus. Taste is crisp, spices, wheat, lemons, mild but very refreshing and easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a decent beer.

Found this local favorite in a can....
A: Poured a nice color with a big wheat head
S: Clean aroma with orange, spice and light malt come alive.
T : Real refreshing with citrus orange and tangerine mixed in... Then you get the spice with a nice finish.
M: It's a light mouthfeel .. an easy drinker
O : This is a great warm weather drinker .... Even a session brew . A good change from all the the big beers this time a year ...

Pretty nice beer. Very light overtone of heffeweisen on a mostly american pale ale. It could stand to have more taste and aroma. The aroma is almost non-existent.

Very refreshing in the summer.

A - 3.5 - Pale yellow with a white head that dissipates fairly quickly.

S - 3.5 - Faint, a hint of honey/malt

T - 4.0 - The nicest mix of malty and orangey. The orange is kind of like candy, sort of a floral/fruity/honey. Perfectly balanced. Leaves a mild bitterness behind.

M - 3.5 - Soft, lots of gentle carbonation

O - 3.75 - A pleasant, friendly, very drinkable wit.

A - Pours with one and a half fingers of white foam on top of a straw colored, slightly hazy body.

S - Te aroma is typical of the style with notes of coriander, wheat, vanilla, and slightly musty yeast.

T - Light, slightly watery grain flavor up front with some coriander in the middle. Finishes with clean grain, a touch of generic spice and a bit of musty hop flavor.

M - Light body, moderate carbonation, and a balanced finish.

D - Nothing unpleasant here, but it is unusually light and bland. Still, it hits the basic notes of the style and isn't any worse than the majority of American attempts at a Belgian style wit.

A: single finger head with some retention and lacing on a hazy golden body.

S: grains, sweet corn, light sweet lemon and honey.

T: grains, musty pale malts, hint of lemon tartness and herbs.

M: medium body and moderate to high carbonation.

Overall: how good can a beer in this category really be. Its not one I would get routinely or have more than one or two of at a time.

A - pours bright yellow with a big, dense, white head that has good retention.

S - heavy lemon zest, faint straw

T - straw, coriander, orange peel, lemon zest

M - light to medium bodied, smooth, very crisp

This is a light, easy to drink beer. It has a heavy citrusy character and the carbonation is a bit heavy, but overall it's not bad.
