On tap at Scotty's in Bloomington.
Pours murky reddish purple with a small pink head receding quickly. Little lacing.
Smells like a typical fruited wheat beer. Some berries and wheat tang. Not a whole lot going on in the nose.
Nice blackberry tartness up front. Wait for this one to warm up. The first few sips were mediocre, but the blackberry came out a lot more after letting it warm a bit. On the back end are typical Belgian wit qualities although thankfully the blackberry masks them a bit.
Light to medium bodied with light smooth carbonation.
Pleasantly surprised by both a style and brewer I typically don't care much for. This would be more enjoyable on a hot summer day, but it still hit the spot even while cold out.

Enjoyed on-tap @ Thr3E Wise Men in Indianapolis, IN for $4.50. Poured into a 16oz Nonic Glass and enjoyed both this one and a 6oz. sampler with Centennial Double IPA and Snow Bunny Blonde.
Aroma- Nice raspberry upfront aroma with the wheat being the prominent smell. Decent but not much to brag about.
Appearance- Pours a 2 finger of a dark purple head but doesn't keep. Body is very thick with a strawberry smoothie looking color (dark raspberry/purple). Minimal lacing on the sides.
Flavor- This beer starts off with a nice robust flavor of raspberries and then a decent witbier mixed in. Smooth, refreshing, and great for the style!
Mouthfeel- Medium Bodied, Light Carbonation, and very smooth with a hint of raspberry at the finish.
Overall Impression- Perfect for my first beer in Indianapolis and also first brewpub here. Had a fantastic color and taste but fell short with the body and complexity. Who cares? Perfect for who they are marketing this beer out to.

Appearance is purple, like fresh juice with little, fluffy white head that leaves no lacing. Smells like blackberry, slightly sweet and very good. Tastes are blackberry, some sweetness and a slight tartness. Mouthfeel is medium and extremely high drinkability.

poured from tap at brewpub.
a- pours a murky pinky purple color. came with a quarter finger white head that has poor retention. No lacing on the glass.
s-blackberry upfront...a lot. this actually dominates the aroma going from sweet to tart. some light wheat notes deep into the background of the beer.
t- backberry upfront. the taste is a light tart at first going into more of a sweetness. light wheat undertone in the middle of the beer which quickly gets covered by blackberry sweetness. alcohol is light but works out well.
m- medium light mouthfeel. carbonation is great for the style. blackberry defines flavors on the palate and long into the aftertaste. no off flavors and balanced to what they said the flavor profile was. medium drying on the palate from the alcohol.
d- a nice drinking fruit wheat beer. I was very impressed with this lower abv beer. nice intro into this brewery for sure.

Pours a great lavender color with decent head and very nice lacing throughout. Very nice sweet scent with great berry aromas and a nice undertone of sweet wheat malt. Great flavor, a nice bit of straw like wheat underneath a wonderful blackberry flavor (blackberries from Oregon); slight American hop finish, but mostly berry. Goes down too smooth.
