Notes:
Brew Cocky is another IPA I came up with that is brewed with loads and loads of Falconers Flight hops that just explode in your face.

Pours a deep orange almost copper color with a nice 2 finger bubbly head that leaves some lacing on the pint glass. Aromas are full of citrus fruits with a nice malt and hop backbone. Plenty of oranges and grapefruit. Taste is fairly alcoholic but has a nice bitter finish. Some floral notes as well. Mouthfeel is pretty thick for an IPA with good carbonation. Overall this is a an enjoyable IPA. Well done.

Served this American IPA on tap, in a pint glass. Poured a very nice copper color, produced a thick creamy off white head, Excellent retention and excellent lacing left on the glass. The aroma was exceptional, boasting hoppy pine and citric grapefruit. Full bodied, this AIPA consisted of a foundation of malted grain, plenty of alcohol 9% as well as ample proportions of pine and grapefruit. Finishes dry, the alcohol warms you up. Well balanced, this is one of the best locally brewed beers (Missouri) that I have sampled. I will be back for more.

Thanks to wethorseblanket for sharing this one at jmgrub’s tasting.

Pours a slightly murky dark orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots and streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of herbal hops, citrus zest, and citrus fruit. Taste is the same but the hop flavors are very earthy and there is a malt presence in the flavor as well. A medium amount of bitterness lingers on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a better smell than taste in my opinion.
