This is it when shopping on the Illinois side of the Quad Cities. The best selection of the area Hy-Vees as I shopped at a few. Have a few limited release Firestone Walker and Schalfly beers around. Service was non-existance but was friendly at check-out. Atmosphere, this is a grocery store afterall so do not expect much. Prices all seem the same across the market. The problem I have with the store is quality. Did not realize until I returned home over 6 hours away, that I purchased a 6-pack of Nectar Ales that was over 18 months past its date. This would otherwise be unforgiveable, but what other option do you have in town? Take caution when you buy a beer here.
