75cl bottle from webshop Belgian Beer Shop. This beer has an off white head that disappears quickly. A nice clear bright golden colour with little carbonation. The smell is very typical for a Belgian style blond: yeast and malts with a fruity fresh touch. The taste is malty with not much bitterness. A very yeasty character. Bitter sweet finish. Good thirst quencher. Nice.

Brilliant color and golden. Slightly sweet fruity nose with a touch of toasted corn rather subtle. Palais strong feature near the Ciney Blonde, ranging from smoked (cereals) and fruit (old dried fruit). Sizzling finish and gives body to the beverage. Quickly becomes heady.
Good beer.

Hazy golden blonde colour, almost as cloudy as a witbier.
At first the taste hints of honey but without its sweetness (think a lighter version of Barbãr) but sharper than most beers of this type. Definitely makes one think of coriander.
The aftertaste is less bitter and has a subtle touch of malt in there. Overall a nice, enjoyable brew though nothing special.
Surprisingly enough I'd almost recommend this one as a thirst quencher, in spite of the relatively high ABV (7.5%) as it lacks a bit of body for me.

Bottle: Poured a slightly cloudy blonde color ale with a big pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of spicy yeast with medium sweet malt base. Taste is a mix between some spicy peppery yeast with some notes of light funk. Full body with some great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I really enjoy those Belgian golden ales when they are well done with some complexity but also a great refreshing factor.

Sorry but this following comment is in french :
Appearance : Elle développe un très beau col de mousse, tenant bien. Sa robe est blonde, à peine voilée et le dégagement gazeux est important.
Smell : Elle dévoile un nez herbacé et complexe.
Taste ans mouthfeel : Assez acide en bouche, elle fait ressentir le malt, la levure et le houblon. En finale, on remarque une belle amertume equilibrée.
Drinkability : une bonne bière dans le style Belgian pale ale

Poors out with great and orever lasting head, thick as whipped cream. Nice blond beercolor but litle haze. Nose if great giving lots of hops and some fruitjuice with anis and malthints. Very fresh smell as tthe taste is. Fruity, fresh, malty and good bitterness. Mouthfeel is fine too as carbonation is as should be with this fresh brew. Very enjoyable but drink fresh!

750 ml shared with CapFlu at Le Bistro des Bières Belges Clear hay colored, shining, proposing above average carbonation and a finely laced white head, foamy, but quickly diminishing. Delicate aroma, simply refreshing for the nostrils: belgian farmhouse, yeasty hay, a truckload of coriander, notes of ginger, bread, lemon zest. Very appealing for a Saison lover. In mouth, there's lots of coriander and belgian farm wet wood character. The finish is lightly bitter, but I found it rather disappointing, a stalling bitterness intertwined with the cobwebish profile from the dry yeast. It gets a lot drier (and cloudy)with the yeast poured. Remarkable mouthfeel: creamy, velvety, slightly biting. A fine belgian ale, not too far from a bière de garde or St-Feuillien triple.

Appearance: pale gold, slight haze, some floaties, even layer of creamy white foam
Aroma: malt and clove, slight bready twang, very light herbal hops
Flavor: mild biscuity malt sweetness throughout, a touch of clove and yeast, not much hop flavor, finish is semi-sweet w/ a grassy aftertaste
Mouthfeel: medium body, gentle carbonation, touch of alcohol warmth
Overall Impression: Sits pretty firmly in its average rating. Not much to say about it. The 25 cl bottle is a frustratingly small sample.
