Notes:
A base of pale, Munich, and Carapils malts is just enough to contain the massive hop flavor and aroma packed into this highly drinkable IPA. A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermentor for a complex and layered hop experience. Best served at 45-50˚F in a tulip or English style pint glass.

New craft bar opened 5 minutes from my house today so stopped in to check it out. Westbrook ipa on draft! Brew was served in a gsb pint glass. Nice murky orange with a thin head. Smell is spot on, great balance of citric dankess and soft tropical fruit notes. Taste matches the nose. Not overbearing hoppines. Everything is in the right place. Terrific beer. I think i may need another. Cheers westbrook, great ipa. Can hold its own with the big boys.

Westbrook IPA doesn't look too flashy after being poured from a can into a pint glass, but this beer makes up for it in two key areas, smell and taste. A hop punch to the face at the first whiff, excellent! Followed up by a deliciousness that took me by surprise! A very easy to drink beer during the Spring and Summer and from a can! A bit pricey, but very good!

Thanks to Damian74Shensky for this!
Canned on 4/19/13 and poured into a pint glass on 6/1/13.
A: Hazy gold, with two fingers of head. The head dissipates quickly and leaves some lacing around the glass.
S: Grapefruit, orange, and a hint of pineapple. Could detect some piney hops.
T: Similar to the nose, bit chewy, and slightly bitter taste at the end.
M: Light to medium bodied, some carbonation, drinkable for nearly 7% ABV.
O: I can see why this one is good and would like to try a fresh can that's less than a month old to see what it's like. Will definitely pick up a six-pack in the future.
