Notes:
This beer, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, is a twist on the classic Belgian witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger. Best served at 45˚F in a tulip or wine glass.

Enjoyed in a tulip. This one's a witbier, but instead of the traditional spices there's lemongrass, ginger root and sorachi ace hops.
Cloudy apricot, totally opaque. On finger of fizzy white bubbles and thin, rounded lace.
Sugared lemon candy, sweet pear syrup, a flash of floral hops. Mild ginger, crackers. Sweet but complex.
More spice in flavor. Ginger is noticeable, as are sorachi ace. Sweet lemon, flowers, pear syrup flashes at the swallow.
Medium light, fluffy body. High carbonation, fizzy.
Not a ton of Thai flavor, but enough to make things interesting, and a solid wit base besides. Nice.

Nice pour out of a can into my bhb tulip glass... white head... nice and cloudy yellow hazy just like a wit should be. Smell is of spices, clove, banana... everything I want in this style is in the nose hopefully it translates to the taste... don't really get the promised asian spices and flavors but damn a very drinkable hefe style beer... really wanted to get the promised ginger which hurts the rating only because I don't get it though I love the beer..

Not the biggest fan of the style but the text on the can sold me into giving it a shot. Well still not a fan of the style but this one grows on you . Solidly refreshing after a hot day in the yard and it is definitly a twist on the style and can see this as a summer staple in many a wit lovers fridge .

Poured into a 13 oz snifter from can
A-Beautiful, deep orange color that is a bit pale with a tall, white, creamy head that dissipates fairly quickly into a half finger width.
S-Dank cheese, oranges, faint herbal hopped note hits the nose as well.
T-Vibrant citrusy fruits, earthy hops, some zesty spices. The citrusy fruits balance well with the zesty spice that fade into a more rich, cheese flavored finish at the back of the palate. The cheese lingers for a while as it is coupled with a zesty spice
MF-A bit watery and dry. Overcarbonated but still satisfying.
O-This beer would go great with some spicy Indian food or out on the beach. I'll definitely be picking it up again, it is a very unique style.

On tap at the brewery. Served in a taster.
Appearance - Hazy and cloudy golden yellow. Nice white head. Sticky lacing and good surface foam.
Smell - Very spicy. Lots of coriander. Some wheat and yeast.
Taste - Also spicy. Less intense on the coriander. More of the sharp citrus flavors. Again wheaty, but its not grainy. Smooth.
Mouthfeel - Almost creamy. Low carbonation. Medium light body.
Overall - Decent wit. I don't love the style, but its drinkable. Not sure I'd drink more than a taster, though.
