I went to dinner with the wife. The place looked packed from the outside, but we were able to get a table with no problem. The bar area was a little loud when we got there, 7 on a Friday, but by the time we left the decibels were down a few notches. The lighting is low, but it is not dark. They have about 15 taps, featuring mainly locals, evolution, twin lakes, DFH. They also have a good selection of bottles. Nothin on the tap list is going to blow your socks off, but everyting is solid. The menu is not huge, but everything is very good. We had crab nachos for an appetizer and we loved them. The prices are in line for the area, a good spot for dinner.

Outstanding selection of beers on tap. Atmosphere is terrific. 1 small TV in the corner of the Tavern area which comes in handy for keeping tabs on the Phillies game. Service is great - ask for Bamma! Menu is unique. The overall feel is that of an English pub. Great place to meet a few friends and try a few different beers or just to hang out with your teammates after a slowpitch softball game.

A bit off the beaten path and more expensive than other bars. No happy hour specials either. But, definitely still worth a visit. You will enjoy yourself, especially if you enjoy a good beer.
