Right off the bat, this one gushed pretty bad. Pours murky yellow with more foam than beer on initial opening. Head died down to leave little retention.
Smells like brett. Really not much else. Maybe a few spicy Belgian yeast notes.
Pretty similar flavor. Generic saison characteristics overlayed with Brett. Not particularly complex or interesting and the spices along with brett leave an astringent aftertaste.
Light bodied and as previously mentioned way over carbonated which accentuated the astringency more.
Meh totally forgettable beer. The search for a Funkwerks beer I like is still ongoing.

The beer pours a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of brett and leather notes, as well as some orange citrus notes and some wheat. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of the funky brett and leather notes, which really dry out the beer. I also get some orange and lemon notes which go well with the brett. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Chilled bottle into a glass. Thanks, Traver!
A: This pours with a massive amount of carbonation, practically sublimating on impact with the glass. The body is a murky golden color.
S: Not a particularly expressive nose, but you can tell there was brett here; it has a lemon-hay hybrid funk with an aroma of dandelions. I am intrigued but not blown away.
T: This has some elements of tropical fruit (mango?) along with lemon and a floral presence; I likened it to dandelions, but I am not totally sure if I can place the flavor. Mild bretty funk in the finish. Just not very distinct or developed, and it's a bit disappointing given how many brett beers are on the market these days, many of them doing it well.
M: If it weren't so damn foamy, it might have more body and presence. I couldn't pick up a lot of flavor given how washy the body and finish are.
O: Meh. This was pretty forgettable.

Poured GENTLEY in to a tulip. Massive amounts of carbonation and head. Unacceptable amounts making it extremely hard to pour and/or drink. Aside from the insanely large frothy head, the body was a lightly hazed golden color.
I found it hard to get a good reading on the aroma since the head was coming out over the glass. Once i removed some of it, there was solid notes of brett. Nice musty, fruitiness. A bit grainy. Slightly earthy. Fruity.
Taste, again, hard to get a good taste. Once the head settled a bit, I got some light pineapple and mango. Some earthyness and a light peppery/spice flavor. Some for-sure notes of brett and a farmhouse flavors. Light grainy flavor with a mild maltiness.
Mouthfeel was great. Bone dry with a huge amount of carbonation and light body.
Overall it was a nice beer but the carbonation was a bit difficult to work around. Once I was able to, I enjoyed the beer and its blend of flavors. ABV was not noticeable either.

Nice yellow hazey hue, with a sticky white head that lines the glass till the last drop. Stinky, horseblanket smell. Sour up front, blue cheese hints, (in my opinion). Not too sour, but just sour enough. Grapefruit hints; I also tasted a slight apricot essence to this beer. Good beer, have to like the brett infused beers though.
