Pours a bright hazy golden colored body with a thin white head.

Lots of lemon and oak. Some mustiness hanging behind that. Wheat, apple skin, pear, and melon. Also some sweeter pineapple tropical fruit.

Lots of lemony tartness on the taste. Vinegar, white grape, green apple, wheat, and melon. Love the must and oak going on in it.

Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Finishes dry.

A little more subtle than I was expecting but really nice. You can drink it slow and savor it and also down it fairly fast which I did on each of my two glasses from the bottle. Stoked to see what happens to my next bottle over time with the Brett.

A - Pours a cloudy light orange with a small off-white head with good retention.

S - Citrus, oaky, funky - farmhouse.

T - Wood , subtle lemon and orange citrus, a touch of funk.

D - Good carbonation with a very light body.

O - Wood, citrus - Nice saison and super easy to drink.

Thanks to JustXBeer for sharing this one at Retsinis' tasting.

Pours a murky orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour and tart with some malt, grain, fruity, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with fruity and wood flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is refreshing and easy to drink.
