Poured from a 22oz bottle into a snifter, no bottle date. This pours a hazy golden brown color with a large off white head which has good retention and leaves a lacing. The smells are of a little funk, pepper, lemon grass. The feel is medium high carbonination. The taste is slightly bitter, some nice hops, a little alcohol head, a little funk, a very dry finish.

a beautiful golden / light copper pour with 2 fingers of head which stayed quite foamy throughout the session. smells of pepper, lemongrass, spicy yeast, banana, strawberry.. lots of nice scents, slightly funky. lots of sweet malt are present, alongside of a spicy booze heavy citrusy drink. lots of yeast, pepper, coriander, slight orange peel flavor..
medium body, nicely carbonated, a bit on the heavy/hot side.. which is AWESOME especially for the freezing cold night we're having. a wonderful saison, on the heavy side, so it's a bit abrasive, however it's a great sipper. very flavorful, with a slight dry finish.
