Big thanks to BDavids for sharing this on with me!

A- Pours an Illini Orange (in anticipation for the start of the college football season) with bubbles coming few and far betweeen

S- Lots of sour tartness on the nose and not a whole lot else. Some citrus in there as well but that could just be more sourness. Touch of red wine in the background

T- Nice and sour! No let down in that catagory. Very acidic and the wine comes through nicely

M- Very light and watery. Could use some more carbonation

O- Good sour, not too complex but no complaints either

750 mL bottle poured into a tumbler.

Appearance - Murky orange with a nice white head. Nice collar and wisps.

Smell - Lots of brett. Oaky. Acidic. Pale malts.

Taste - Oaky. More sour than the nose implies. Less brett with lots off strange acidic flavors. Oaky hoppy finish.

Mouthfeel - Heavy body. Not overly sour. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Complex but not in the best way all the time. Forgivable though.

Pours yellow, bright and cloudy, with a fizzy, champagne-like head on top. Smells of citrus, tropical fruits, some white wine, and heavy, tart wild yeast aromas. Funky and delicious. The flavor follows the nose fairly well, some apple, mango, pineapple, grapefruit... all of which is wrapped in sour, funky wild action. Very flavorful, alcohol well hidden amongst a plethora of the sweet and the sour. Mouthfeel is light to medium, with bright, active carbonation keeping it interesting. Overall a satisfying, unique, wild beer.
