Poured a very nice semi-deep golden color with just a bit of head and not much lacing beyond the first inch. Nice deep malty scent with huge hop aromas: some citrus, a lot of pine, and a bit of floral. Very deep and thick malt taste with an interesting rye flavor (I'm guessing from the cara-red that is listed in the grain bill); huge hops that nearly cover the malts, with a huge pine aroma and a bit of earthiness/floralness at the end. Goes down well, if a bit rough and very thick.
