look: 3 | smell: 4 | taste: 3 | feel: 2.5 | overall: 3.5
appearance: Pours a gold-yellow with a BIG frothy head that lingered for a while then collapsed.
smell: nice hoppy nose. It might be dry-hopped? Has an under lying grainy background to it.
taste: the hoppiness in the nose definitely doesn't stick around for the taste. There is some astringency and corn or grainy notes with a some what mild malty-corny finish.
mouthfeel: bubbly as in highly carbonated.
drinkability: Well, its very drinkable.
It is not a "real" APA, only a macro version of one. With that being said its pretty good beer for what it is. Its well worth it to buy it and consume but don't buy it thinking that it will be the next GREAT beer for your fridge. Its a nice drinking beer and let's just leave it at that. Comparable to Ballantine and Labatt 50 to name two.
$6.00 a 6 pack Buffalo area.

A - see through, pale, gold with a thin, fizzy, white head that fades in an instant
S - musty, faint grass, faint citrus
T - almost no flavor on the front end, but then there is a very bitter finish; there are some hints of citrus throughout if you look hard enough
M - medium bodied, very crisp, over carbonated
Well, this certainly isn't the best pale ale out there. It could definitely use a boost of flavor. It's also over carbonated which make it lighter than it should be. Overall, I'm not disappointed that I tried this, but I won't be buying it again.
