750 ml corked & caged bottle. ABV is 7.7%. Deep red to purple colour, moderate pink head. Distinct aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries, also notes of farmhouse and oak. Very sour flavour with an abundance of raspberries, also notes of lemons and oak. Astringent finish.

The beer comes in a gorgeous rose red color. Glowing and deep.
The aroma is probably the highlight. Intoxicating amounts of fresh fruit, tart berries.
The flavor follows with that raspberry upfront. A perfect balance of light sweetness, without being too puckering. Then onto a smooth finish as the medium plus tart quality dries away. Dangerously drinkable and truly delicious.
One of the best Cascades I have had.
