great place. so glad they are located where they are. without them I would possibly never have begun brewing my own beer. they also have a better selection and more rare finds than anywhere else south of Atlanta.

Best place on the South Central side of Metro Atlanta to find quality craft and import beer, along with beer, wine and cheese making supplies. Not the cheapest, but prices are reasonable and staff are knowledgeable. Being able to get tastes of what's on tap (usually about two dozen selections) is a plus.

A great growler bar with resonable prices. They had 27 taps and alot of great stuff to choose from. I picked up a New Belgain/Cigar city collaboration bomber, a Vampire Slayer bomber, 2 6 packs of Jai Alai, a 4 pack of Dirt Wolf, and got a growler filled with Oak aged Yeti. All the prices were very reasonable, espcially considering on the south side this is about the only place with the quality of brews they stock.

I've only been once, but it was a great experience. It was also my first time in a LHBS, and the owners were incredibly helpful. They have a great selection of pellet hops and grains (although some of the DME selection left a little to be desired). They have a nice amount of equipment for winemakers and beer makers alike. The atmosphere is super welcoming and friendly, I could see myself just spending afternoons there conversing, if I didn't live so far away. They also have a monthly gift certificate raffle, a very nice newsletter, and brewing/wine making clinics.

I have stopped in about 5-6 times, and every time I left satisfied and happy. The owners, Dan and Kat, are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you out. For example, I planned to brew a PTE clone, and my dog got into my grain. I called the shop, not expecting to get anyone on a Sunday, and luckily Kat answered and offered to open it up just to let me buy a lb. of crystal. The place is well stocked with winemaking and homebrewing ingredients. The equipment selection is growing, as it is a new store, and almost all the basic necessities are available for purchase. Plenty of fermenting, bottling, and kegging hardware. The store is large, modern, and clean. It is well laid out, and easy to walk around. The owners are willing to special order things that might not be available. If you're looking for a niche item, I suggest calling to see if they have it, and they will try to order it if they don't. The website is also up to date and easy to navigate. I definitely recommend checking this place out.
