Nice Beer Oasis in the otherwise retail beer desert of North Charleston. Nice selection with rotating seasonals and interesting beers from near and far. I especially appreciate the Asheville beers stocked. There are usually a couple of craft brew specials.

Generally there are few selections from Stone at all times. French Board has been stocked in the past. I would like to see French Broads new Koko release in the future.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

There is also a nice wine selection at this store.

A good selection of craft beers in the North Charleston area without having to drive to total wine or the beer exchange.

They do have a nice selection of good craft beers, including some of the 750ml styles, and several seasonals. I've purchased 5 different beers that I haven't tried before and that is a good deal for me. I think its a good place to stop in, but the store to me feels a bit crowded.

They did have several local brands that are hard to find, as well as the pig swig which I'm getting ready to try in a few minutes.

We can finally buy Craft Beer at a retail establishment in North Charleston! Very nice selection as they have Coast, Bells, Ballast Pointe, Stone, Allagash, Bear Republic, Duvel and so on. They have a few displays set up throughout the store but a majority of the beer is in the back left hand corner of the store.

What really stood out was the availability of Seasonal beers. On the shelf were Imperial Pumpkin, Ayinger Octoberfest, Brooklyn Octoberfest, Spatan Octoberfest, Dogfishead Pumpkin, and Weinstephaner Octoberfest.

Prices were great and I didn't see any date issues with the beers I bought. Overall a very solid selection and for North Charleston I would rate it as outstanding. If you live in North Charleston, Goose Creek, Ladson, or Hanahan then I reccomend you check out this place. Hats' off to the Pig!

I havent stayed in North Charleston in quite a while but this was always my stop for beer when I was staying up there. It appears as though the selection has been beefed up a bit since my last visit about 2 years ago. All of the beers are in a cooler on the left side of the store. They also have some macros in the back. The selection was pretty nice. It was nothing outrageous but pretty good for a North Chas grocery chain. They had the new Sierra Seasonal Ovila as well as several other great bombers. They even had Founders Breakfast stout, RJ Rockers Son of a Peach, and Bigfoot. I was very pleased with the selection here and will certainly stop back by when staying in the area.

actually stopped in here for some food when i was staying in town for the phish shows, not expecting to run into a great beer selection. nearly every local beer you could imagine with a big focus on coat naturally. lots of six packs from all over the country as each step seemed to yield another treasure. lots of regional seasonals like terrapin, highland, thomas creek. and a decent selection of bombers and 750 as well. over for a grocery store a very nice stop. especially when in the area cannot really go wrong here, though if you are this close hit up cbx

great beer selection! they keep up to date with seasonals and have beers 6 - 8 mo. after brewing that need to be aged that long to calm down alcohol flavor, like the chocolate stout from Brooklyn brewing. Other beers include Carolina locals such as highland and RJ rockers; Georgia beers include terrapin and sweet water. While they also have great craft beer from across the nation such as doggfish head, new belgium, sam adams imperial series, brooklyn brewing and many other craft beers. I shop there every week so its a great pleasure to be able to buy beer you wont find at other chains such as walmart and foodlion. Also they strive to bring fresh local produce in the store as much as possible. the best grocery store for craft beer in North Charleston!
