Visiting family in NC picked up a single locally. Enjoyed from a spiegelau glass.
a - brew poured a very soft yellow orange with a thin foamy head that was gone moments after the pour, but left a thin ring of foamy along the ring of the surface of the brew. Lacing was streaky and spotty.
s - soft citric and orange and tangerines. Really nice and soft and fairly fruity. Very enjoyable and really nice smelling. Rather subdued.
t - the hops seems to be more of a bitter presence on the taste as opposed to the wonderful fruity bouquet that was boasted in the smell. After ingot used to the beer, a lot of the soft friends came out and it was actually quite nice. Orange peel and tangerines.
m - soft and light bodied with a bitter slap.
o - overall, I wish this beer tasted as great as it smells. It isn't bad by any means, but ooh that smell. Initially it is just bitter hops, then the flavor starts to resemble the smell a bit, but never gets as good, but does carry nice soft orange tangerines.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – Served a lightly hazed golden yellow color with a one finger white head. The head fades over a moderate level of time leaving quite a nice level of lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma was overall very light and consisted mainly of a citrus hop smell. Mixed with this smell were some notes of pine as well as a bit of a malty aroma.
Taste – The taste begins with a moderately bready flavor with sweet orange and some bitter grapefruit upfront. As the taste advances some lighter fruit flavors (peach and pear) come to the tongue, sweetening the flavor and lessening the strength of the grapefruit citrus hop taste. Soon however more hop flavors some to the tongue. The grapefruit resurges in strength with a grassy hop flavor coming to the tongue as well. In combination, at the end of the taste, all the flavors combined leave a bitter very light bready flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the brew is on the thinner side (as expected for an only 4.5 % abv) with a carbonation level that is a tad on the higher side. Both are very nice for the session style of the brew and keep the it very easy drinking even thought there is a bit of a bitter bite at the end of the taste.
Overall – A good easy drinking session with a decent level of hop flavor and a bit of a bitter bite.
