Bottle courtesy of 67couple, one of the many IPA's I got from him! 341ml bottle into a tulip, 2010 vintage.

Pours a hazy, dark copper with a finger and a half of thick, dense and cream coloured head, which settles to a thin collar and some bubbles. Excellent lace. Aroma is intense, blasted with pineapple, peach, mango, other tropical fruits, alcohol and a massive toffee malt base. Got me drooling a bit, the smell is huge. Taste is quite nice as well, toffee malt leads the onslaught, and becomes a nice interplay of the tropical fruits and the alcohol. Definitely more sweet (honey-like) than bitter (touch of lingering bitterness, but no where near palate wrecking status) as the malt dominates the flavour. Creamy, smooth and slick mouthfeel, with some leftover stickiness on the palate. Very smooth and drinkable, possibly better suited for a day a bit cooler than today. Alcohol becomes well known at the end of the bottle. Nice stuff.

Excellent. Smooth, with a slight citrus presence. “Double the malt, double the hops, and double the flavor of the original Rye Pale Ale recipe. (Hence the name Rye Squared.) With its mammoth hop aroma, bitterness and flavor, this beer is not for the faint at heart. The Rye Squared clocks in at a hefty 8.5% ABV so double your pleasure and double your fun because Terrapin went a little crazy with this one!”

It's a shame they retired this, it was one of my favorites and the best rye I've ever had.
