An earthy version or hippy version of Summer Shandy. This one hits you with lemon zest and does not give up or ride off into that sunset until you have had enough lemon!

On tap at the brew pub. The beer was cloudy and was served with an orange slice. A nice tasting Wit. It was nicely spiced and very smooth and easy to drink.

BA says this beer is retired but this was available on-tap between Christmas and New Years 2011!
Poured from the tap a hazy light gold color with a thin off-white head.
The aroma was grainy with a touch of light lemon zest.
Like the aroma, the taste was on the grainy side with just a hint of lemon and light spice.
Lighter bodied and wet with a mderate carbonation.
A decent Witbier but nothing real special.

A- 3.0 -Light gold that is opaque with a very light two finger head that settles quick, very little lacing.
S- 3.0 -Okay smell, not too strong. Tastes slightly of lemon, no distinct smell.
T- 3.5 -A little bitter. Lemon taste is the most dominant, with some other hops tastes. Tastes more like an IPA than Belgian Wheat
M- 3.0 -Okay mouthfeel, not too impressed. A little too bitter, with too much bite.
D- 3.0 -Don't think I'll try this one again. Not the best the Mills has to offer.
