Drank this at the Brewwery in Pullman.
Arrived at the table with a small sad looking foam head.
Smell was a yummy floral hoppyness.
Taste was also surprisingly good.
Mouthfeel was a little thin.
Overall a fine experience for the hop-head that I am. A good beer for those of us that enjoy the bitter hop bite mellowed by floral sweet hint at the finish.

A bottle left over after GABF judging and given to me as a reward for my volunteer efforts. Pours two fingers of light tan head over a cloudy orange copper liquid. Smells oranges, tropical fruit, butterscotch, pine, grapefruit pith, mint, menthol, and apricot esters.
Tastes wet with piercing clean hop bitter. Complex hop flavor with a bit of grassiness that dries the finish and aftertaste. Malt flavor is hidden beneath the hops. Hop flavor is potent pith, lemon, pine, and baby aspirin. Hop bitter almost has an acidic component that mixes with the piney hops flavor to make a pine-sol character. Medium body and decent drinkability.

On tap at the brew pub. It was not listed on the beer list, but the server mentioned Over The Hop because I was drinking the Rosie's IPA. This one is more in keeping with the American style IPA.
Appearance is a copper color with just a slight haze. The head was bubbly but not very resilient.
Smell is faint for an IPA, and rather nondescript.
Taste is a bitter grain flavor with very little citrus or pine notes.
Mouthfeel is thin and a little dry.
Drinkability is OK, but nowhere near as good as Rosie's.
