A single hop, West Coast style American Pale Ale with intense hop flavor and aromas. This is a citrus bomb that has grapefruit and passion fruit aromas with citrus lime flavors.

Bomber from Big Al's. Medium golden with one finger foamy head. Aroma leans more to the malty, grainy side of the spectrum, while taste brings the hops, Knee Deep's trademark. Fruity, sharp.

De Beer Republic. En copa Teku. Jugando a The Little Acre. Embotellada 25 May 19. Bastante resina pero a un nivel suave y agradable, con amargor tambien comedido. Bien pero sin emocionar. A repetir fresca

$4 USD per pint on-draught at my favourite bar in Austin, TX.
Boldly hopped and assertively crisp, finishing soapy but bringing nice grapefruit pith flavour to the fore.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color. A moderate foam head retains nicely. Once it dissipates, it leaves a sudsy layer of film and lacing that last throughout.
What strikes me first about the aroma is less the fruit and more the caramel malt. Its toffee like sweetness remains throughout. However, fruity aromas from the citra hops begin to emerge and develop. They comprise hints of mango, tangerine, peach, and passion fruit.
The taste is juicy yet with a dry palate. Flavors of grapefruit, passion fruit, orange and melon. All throughout, an ever present caramel malt backbone adds a moderate sweetness and fullness. The hops provide a gentle bitterness as well as the aforementioned fruity notes, as well as a touch of pine.
Medium bodied and gently carbonated. Soft and smooth mouthfeel contrasts nicely with a level of crispness. Juicy, dry and with a nice chewy malt character.
A really nice Pale Ale. I will have it again.

Looks great. Finger worth of frothy off white head that has good retention. Beer is golden in color and see through.
The smell has some slight dank from hop presence but think I'm picking up more malt.
The flavor is very similar to the nose. Hop presence but more malt.
Overall, this was good but nothing spectacular or groundbreaking. But for the price point I got it at (2.99 for a bomber) it's a good one to have. Try it if you see it at a decent price.
