On draught at a restaurant in Hillsborough, NC. It was identified as a "hazy IPA" so I'm not sure whether this is a different version of the APA by the same name. Served in a pint glass. It pours an opaque, pastel, lemon-yellow with a half finger of creamy, bright white head and thick, clinging lacing with excellent retention. The smell includes lemon, grapefruit, tangerine/orange, pine needles, and floral hops. The flavor is bright and tart with lemon and orange peel. There is a solid malty base and the hops provide modest, clean bitterness throughout. It's refreshing. The mouth feel is moderate with fairly lively carbonation The IPA wasn't posted but it seems bigger than the 6% posted on the BA site. Again, it may be a variant. Regardless, I found it solid and enjoyable.

This is not a good pale ale. It’s beer, that’s for sure. Not a strong PA. Hard pass.

From a can poured into a pint glass.
Nice white foamy head that dropped quickly, minor lacing.
Smells citrusy, orange, piney.
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel is medium for pale ale.
Overall a nice pale ale that I would definitely order again.

Crisp, carbonated bite to it. Similar in body to Cack a Lacky, which I'm pissed they got rid of, with more hops and without the ginger note of course. Refreshing on a hot day.

Very relaxed flavored. Could easily be a session apa.
