I will start this review out by telling everyone that is bar is in the "Gayborhood" in Philadelphia and the patrons are mostly homosexual men. You have been warned!

This is not the stereotypical gay bar though. I hopped in with a group for a friend's birthday party and we had a blast. The bar is dimly lit and dirty in an unpretentious inviting way. The jukebox has a very nice mix of contemporary as well as classic hits. But the real star is the beer list. Since being bought out and refreshed, this bar now serves great craft beers for very affordable prices. I remember me and my party getting DFH Burton, LA Carnevale, RR, and some locals like Victory, Yards and Troegs.

I am not gay and I don't think you need to be gay to go to the Westbury and have a nice beer and plate of fries. Just be warned that Friday and Saturday nights could get crazy.
