Single finger head with nice lacing on a hazy straw with mustard hues body.

S: lemon, wheat and clove

T: very nice mildly sweet lemon note. Not too spicey. Just right wheat mustiness.

M: medium body an medium to high carbonation.

Overall: very drinkable and crisp. Flavorful for a wheat and not very watered down. Fuller bodied than others in the genre

Serving type: on-tap

A - Pours with a two finger head of white foam on a hazy, golden body. The head settles slowly and leaves decent lace.

S - Lots of clove and a little bit of banana

T - Smooth malt and banana up front with some clove in the middle. Spicy yeast lasts through the finish and it is balanced by sweet malt and a hint of vanilla.

M - Medium-thick body, moderate carbonation and a slightly sweet finish.

D - Very nicely done. The malt character is strong with lots of yeast complexity. It is unusual to find a German style wheat brewed in the US that is this well made.

Serving type: on-tap
