22oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
A: Dull golden in color, mildly hazy. Head formation and retention is rather poor, especially for a wheat ale. Only a thin filmy layer remains after a few minutes. No real lacing to speak or, just the odd spot here and there.
S: Strong, fragrant whiff of orange peel, yeast is dirty and musty like an old book, iced tea, peppery coriander, and wheat.
T: Dominant orange peel, tea-like herbal hops, dirty yeast, slight pepper. Toffee. Rough wheat taste pulls through toward the end and into the finish.
M: Light to medium body. Very soft and creamy and somewhat frothy and fluffy. Mild prickling carbonation. Good.
O: An odd brew. Sort of an English-influenced take on a witbier. A touch of English-leaning malt, ale yeast, and hops meets wheat and witbier spices. Far too heavy on the orange peel. Not terrible, but my palate can't really make heads nor tails of it. It could stand to be a little more polished too.

Pours medium clear gold with a foamy white head. No true lacing, good bubbles rising in glass.
Brewed with coriander and orange peel, but missing that in the nose. Maybe some bitter rind at best. You get some grain and husk.
A bit disappointing. Not catching the spice, getting the sweet grain, but pushed aside by some bitterness. Has a bit of a crisp snap, but lacks the character promised. Decent malt and bitter finish.
Lighter bodied, good carbonation.
I was ok with this, but not loving it either. A decent attempt that is somewhere between a wit and and a pale wheat. Some good qualities and some areas where this is lacking.
