A- A light orange brown color. Filtered but not clear. Off white head.
S- smells very rich and sweet. The hops are there, but mostly malts. Great smell, powerful, but not overpowering the sense.
T- A bit of a hop kick up front, but you can tell the malts are the real backbone of the beer. Tastes more like a fresh barely wine than most DIPAs. Sweet throughout.
M- very silky in texture. very smooth and still very drinkable for 10%.
O- I love thirsty planet's offerings and this was not a let down. A big beer for sure. I cannot wait for this to come out in bottles so i can age a few.

Served on draft at The Dancing Bear Pub
Color is a bright orange with a thick, white head. The aroma is grapefruit, piney hops and faint malts. The flavor is very hoppy. I get grapefruit, grassy, and piney hops. Just a touch of alcohol. Medium bitterness. I would drink this again and again. perfect carbonation.

Growler purchased from The Draught House.
The beer pours an orange color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the grapefruit hops with some bready malt mixed in. A very hop-forward smelling Double IPA. The flavor is also very hoppy. In addition to the grapefruit which is still present, I get some orange citrus notes as well as some grassy hops and some bready malt. Low to medium bitterness and very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

An 8 oz pour in a highball glass at Whip In, Austin.
Apple cider color and clarity with a filmy head and a good amount of lace. Muted resinous hop aroma. Taste was consistent with aroma, some C-hop characteristics but very understated without the complexity of many DIPAs. Middle is on the sweet side for the style and bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel and medium to medium-heavy body.
