Nice brewery with a very interesting interior setup. Initial bar/tap room when you walk in and to the right is a separate seating area. This area is filled with couches, tables, and a lot of barrels. A lot of room for seating and fun.

Small brewery in industrial park on the outskirts of downtown. Open and airy with large 14' garage door open to small sidewalk counter patio. Small L-shaped service bar and a dozen or so tables in taproom and adjoining room. Brewery's focus is German lagers, and the 2 I had were solid. Friendly service. Easy parking for downtown area.

We went here in 2/1 to taste their new release beer. My father in law hears about the release while at the brewery in mid January. We came from an hour away and were told that since we weren't members of their mug club that they wouldn't serve us. The bartender said we needed to pay $75 for the beer we came to try. Then, I emailed the owner and he said we should have looked on facebook before coming. I still don't know what we would get from giving $75 for the mug club. In an area with so many brewery options it was very sad to see someone willing to turn away business and blame the customer for not reading their facebook post.

Great little brewery in Loveland. The service is hit or miss. But the beer is tasty.

Nestled away in an industrial park, the brewery is a great little spot to visit. You walk in to plenty of table seating in a wide open area, with the bar located straight to the back. The staff was friendly and cordial, but not necessarily overly knowledgeable regarding the products. We were there on a Saturday night, and there were really only 5 or 6 people there, but some of the questions about the beer styles, brewing process, etc were either sidestepped or completely answered incorrectly. The beers were good, and there were about 8 on tap, with a cask and nitro-tap, too. Beer to go in growlers, bombers, and six-packs. Plenty of swag throughout, too. Bar snacks available gratis, including pretzels and nuts.

I have been here enough times to figure that a review is finally in order.
A – It is in an industrial park, which is fine. Inside it is quite cozy, lots of big communal tables with high bar stools. The bar is simple, walk up and order your pint/taster/growler/bomber/bottle/six-pack.
Q – Quality is good, beers are always fresh, have a new cask offering every Friday.
S – Service is always good, and knowledgeable, friendly as well.
S – There is ALWAYS something new on tap. Good or bad, at least they are churning out new brews constantly. They do a very good job with the bavarian styles, its a nice change of pace for the area, which is dominated by hop bombs. I love hoppy beers, but I love that Grimm sticks with the German styles and goes for beers that are not on the beaten path.
F – Food is minimal, they have pretzels and peanuts inside. They do bring in food trucks, but they are parked directly outside the barn door and the generator noise absolutely ruins the atmosphere of the place. I appreciate the food trucks, sure, but they would be better if they didn't sound like they were inside the building.
V – Value is fair, growlers range from $10 - $28+, can get bombers for $6-8+ and sixers from $7+. The service is always good and the value is fair. Nice place to sit and relax, the kicker is they always have current issues of BA mag sitting about for you to read while you enjoy a pint or two.

I kind of love Grimm Bros. In part because I'm simply a sucker for a brewery's design. One of the reasons I love Equinox in Fort Collins so much is its small pub atmosphere and astronomically-themed brews. In a similar way, Grimm Brother's expanded space, with long wooden tables and roll up garage door that can open to the outside on beautiful days, as well as its fairy tale theme and excellent logo designs, already make it rather appealing to me.
The beer is pretty darn good, too. Not as extensive as some breweries I've seen, I'm still a pretty big fan of Master Thief, and last time I was there Farmer's Daughter was surprisingly impressive. They also had a bock that I really enjoyed, but I don't recall the name.
When we were there, we got into a conversation with one of the brewers, a friendly middle aged gentleman who was happy to go into his favorites and even let us have small samples of a few of his recommendations. Thus far, they've had one of the friendliest staffs I've encountered at a brewery.
If you only have time to visit one brewery in Loveland, I recommend this one (out of Big Beaver, Rock Bottom, Verboten, and Ale Works. I've yet to visit Crow Hop or Buckhorn). You'll have yourself a wonderful time.

Great German beer selection. Plenty of seating with a new room opened next door. Always something new on tap. Serves free pretzels and shelled peanuts. Usually a food vendor outside with great food brought in to your table.
