Pour is a hazy ruby caramel with a creay, tight, bubbly light tan head. Nose is a little grainy with a hint of cereal. Lots of hops behind with citrus and pine, rather resinous. Taste is toasted malts with a bit of caramel and brown sugar. Light citrus in back with a very oily hop presence. Body is light, clean, and crisp with a very soft carbonation.

Beautiful mousse foam with almost undistinguishable bubbles rising from the bottom, like a Champagne. Copper hue, very similar to Amber SHock, by Birrificio Italiano too.
This amazing brew distinguishes itself for the hops, very present despite of the style, which donate a tremendous finish and aftertaste .
Refreshing at the limit, enjoable as a session beer even if 6.2 % ABV, balanced but with a strong character : let's stop talking about ripe fruits-bananas-cloves what else : this is just great malt and incredible hops .
Stunning !

Clear amber color with a thick, solid head. The smell is a brilliant mix of hops and malt. The spicy, citric, fresh hop aroma is backed by a grist-like, sweet malt smell. Quite a nice balance. Luckily, the balance is also carried over into the taste. This is a serious flavor-forward beer. It's also one that's focused on balance. Earthy and sweet, herbal and malty, distant fruits, spice, pepper, flowers. There's a lot going on here, and it all comes together very nicely. The beer is clean, consistent, and quite drinkable. I have to say, this one is an exceptionally well-brewed and rewarding beer.

Amber color, not so clean (some corpuscoles). An half inhc of foam, beige color.
At the smell: citrus fruit (orange), fruity (apricot, over all, and then peach). Vanilla hints? A light floral note.
And all this is harmoniously spreaded out on a carpet of not overwhelming malt.
In the taste a good maltiness, and honey. Quite catching. Again orange (more bitter here), and maybe citron. Fruity again (apricot).
And all well amalgamated.
Hints of spices, maybe cinnamon, and faded flowers.
Medium-high body, and a good general balance.
In the aftertaste rises up finally the hop (before more hidden), with bitter orange, and perhaps a ripe tropical fruitness.

Served on draught into a Ma Che Siete Venuti pint glass in Rome, Italy. Reviewed from notes.

A: Pours a four finger head of lovely delicate soft cream, great thickness, and wonderful retention. Nontransparent copper colour - dark.

Sm: Lemon zest, slight bittering hops, orange peel, and grapefruit. A moderate strength aroma.

T: Very nicely built and balanced. Grapefruit is present, particularly on the finish. Some orange peel, malt, and nicely full-bodied barley. Nicely complex, well built, and balanced.

Mf: Smooth and wet. Complementary of the flavours of the body.

Dr: Easy drinking, high price (6 Euro a pint!), and decent quality. Not worth the price.

Draught, Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Rome, Italy. Light bronze color with full head. Caramel, light, toast-like malt in the nose, a bit light. Flavor is unique, with toasted, caramel-like malts, a luscious honey character and hints of dark fruit. Nice sweetness, overall character and a fairly long finish. Again, impressive brewery.

Had this on-tap at the Brick Store Pub. Pours a nice, clean, very dark amber with a light tan head. The smell is grainy and very malty but quite dry. Still, there is a certain richness missing. The taste starts with the same chewy grain that was evidenced in the smell, and a spicy graininess that is almost rye-like in character on the finish. Earthy hops throughout, but subtly done. Refreshing and a very slight sweetness iss there as well. Perhaps a bit light. Mouthfeel is crisp and this is very drinkable- there is some richness to it but overall is a lighter interpretation of the style wwhile preserving some real flavor.
