A: The pour is a cloudy, light yellow color with a finger of white head.

S: Extremely herbal and floral on the nose. A lot of rose, camomile, and hibiscus type aromas. There's a strong aroma of black pepper to it as well. Some citrus, perhaps oranges and orange peel. Light wheat and malt notes.

T: Overly herbal and floral. Camomile, sage, rose, and hibiscus dominate the flavor. There is a little bit of bitterness to it and a light grassiness. Light bread and malt flavors with a touch of tart lemon zest.

M: Medium in body with fairly high carbonation.

O: Way too herbal. Wasn't a big fan of this beer.
