On draft into a 12oz tulip, first glass out of the keg.
A - pours exactly like pink champagne, a cherry 7up colored body with some strong white froth that lasts throughout the glass. Tight carbonation. Nice if you like that sort of thing, reminds me of strippers.
S - The smell is pretty good, its like raspberry candies.
T - Bartles n Jaymes on roids. Really artificial tasting raspberry floating over a yeasty beer body.
M - well hidden abv and a clean finish.
O - not for me. TK weisenberry was a similar beer I actually enjoyed, but havent seen it in years...

On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours an amber red with a soft lightly pink head. Fizzy at times, frothy look overall.
S: All about raspberries, very fruity with a hint of Belgian character.
T: Some solid malt flavour, but the berries dominate giving a solid but somewhat medicinal/cough syrup flavour. In the end it's not so bad, just a bit off-putting.
M: Medium-bodied, a tad cloying. Frothy soft carbonation character.
O: An OK effort, BoPeaches is still the gold standard of this series for me.

On tap at 38 Degrees in Alhambra, CA.
Pours a hazy reddish-orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, raspberries, and alcohol. Taste is much the same with a raspberry flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is tasty and the best of the fruited Brainless beers in my opinion.

Thanks to jtd1969 for sharing this bottle with me
A - pinkish amber with a thin, white head that has good retention
S - faint malt and tart raspberries
T - same as the nose; the raspberries are well balanced
M - medium bodied, well carbonated
I would have liked this one to be a bit more full-flavored. It was a nice touch with the raspberries but it was a bit light. Overall, a nice fruit beer.

Batch #2... Paid about $8 at the COOP... Poured into my slim tulip. Pours a clear orangy/pink... the head has a pink tinge... the bubbles die back very very quickly.
Nose smells like raspberry candy with some background Belgian phenols.
Flavor is thankfully more dry and shows more clovey phenols... sorta a light peppery element... plenty of berry flavor.
Body is medium with decent carbonation... certainly does not feel or taste like nearly 10%...

Release #1
Pours a dark ruby red/golden copper color with bright cherry edges and a one finger, pinkish head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Minimal spotty lacing left behind.
Sweet, syrupy aroma with a really strong jammy raspberry presence. Slightly medicinal and artifical smelling but there is a ton of raspberry and sweet malt. Not much else to say about the nose, just puréed raspberry syrup.
Medium bodied with crisp carbonation and a sweet, tart raspberry presence dominating the flavor. Kind of reminds me of a lesser version of a New Glarus fruit beer. Not as sweet, syrupy or medicinal as he nose suggests with a nice puckering raspberry jam character countering the artifical/syrupy flavor. I was expecting it to be much more cloyingly sweet but it's decently balanced with tartness and subtle malt undertones. The high ABV is excellently masked without a trace of heat. Still, it's a novelty dessert beer that's tough to drink in quantity.
