Notes:
We took our double gold medal winning Brainless Belgian, added organic peach puree and aged it in French Chardonnay casks from Sawtooth Winery. Drink from a Pinot glass, serve on the warm side of cold, it develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.

Release #14. Poured from the bottle in to pinot glasses.
A - ever-so-slightly cloudy, light yellow, bubbly, almost a champagne-like look; some lacing retention present
S - slightly floral, peachy, maybe some other citrus components; Belgian yeasts shine
T - this straight up tastes like a peach mimosa to me; some orange, oak, and very subtle vanilla hints here; again, it's like a peach champagne, and at 10.7, has the pack to back it up
M - bubbly, highly carbonated in flavor; really tart up front; smooth fruit
O - if I haven't conveyed that I feel like this tastes like a peach mimosa, then I've somehow failed in this review. They should rename this Peach Mimosa. It's pretty damn good and would pair well with anything at breakfast.

I'm a fiend for anything with peaches, so I had to give this one a try. Poured vigorously into a Bell's tulip.
A - Good amount of carbonation, minimal head. Golden yellow.
S - Bread, the 10% alcohol, and a bit of peaches. Actually, I get more dried apricots than peaches, maybe both. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but not terrible.
T - The chardonnay really comes through strong here. So does the booze. Grass, chardonnay, bread, and maybe passionfruit? Peaches are notably absent, even when I'm looking for them. It's all about the wine here.
M - Hot, medium bodied, and plenty of carb.
Like I said, I love me some peaches, but apart from the nose they're hardly there at all. Peach beer seems to be a tricky thing to pull off well, so I can't go too hard on Epic for giving it a good shot. Still, definitely not worth the $12 for the 22.

Sample on Draft
Crystal clear with a golden hue. Nicely carbonated
Aroma consists of yeast, grass, peaches, slight must and orange peel
Taste is hot. Alcohol very present, flavor does not support the aroma. Tart with nice fruit and yeasty flavors
Overall a nice beer. I was expecting a little more but still a very nice sipper

T - Malty first, followed by juicy fruit and Belgian yeast flavors.
M - Medium body, good carb and balance.
D - Very easy to drink! I hat the letter count on this site.
