Served cold in an imperial pint glass.

Golden yellow, slightly hazy, thin head, nice lacing.

Aroma is slightly funky with a nice Belgian yeast character.

Flavor is balanced with good depth. Sweetness, spice, and mild funkiness.

Mouthfeel is medium-light in body and perfectly carbonated.

Overall an excellent Saison.
