A: Pours a clear reddish amber with a small amount of white, frothy head with large bubbles.
S: Faint aroma of malt lies underneath a subtle aroma of hop spiciness.
T: Well balanced flavors with a solid malt base, with hints of caramel, providing a springboard a noticeable, but not overpowering hop character. The bottle says they used Warrior and Fuggle, and it does seem to have more of an English character than an American one, even with the Warrior.
M: Light and crisp, but still relatively full flavored. A moderate level of carbonation also lends to the perceived lightening of this beer making it something that could be enjoyed in the winter or the summer.
O: An enjoyable beer, not something to make you stop and stare, but something that could be enjoyed in a session type scenario. It's a solid beer, and I look forward to trying some of their other offerings.

This beer is positively clear and amber with a thin white head and a cool stalactite / stalagmite lacing pattern!
The aroma is like caramel malts mixed with date bread and a tiny bit of chocolate. It's a very alluring combination!
Just as the nose the flavour is caramel malty in character, grainy with notes of dark fruit. It starts off a bit bready and grainy and mid way it evolves into a malty sip and then finishes with some earthy hop bitterness which is actually a bit dry which makes this beer fairly complex!
The mouthfeel is moderate to full bodied, a little slick, and sweet transitioning to dry. Very nice! The carbonation is moderate making this a perfect beer!
Overall I find this beer exceptional and would recommend it to anyone, even someone new to craft beer as it would be a great crossover to one that has a little bit of hop bitterness to lure them in to the world of IPA's.

A: Clear deep amber in color. Forms a smallish, creamy, light tan colored head that eventually recedes to just the faintest surface coating. No lacing.
S: Aroma is caramel malts, with a slight earthy or bready quality to it. Maybe a hint of citrus hops or maybe I'm just imagining it.
T: Taste is interesting in that the primary flavor is caramel malt, yet the malt is not overbearing. Lightly hopping provides a bit of pine flavor and grapefruit pith bitterness.
M: Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Low-medium bitterness.
O: A decent beer. Certainly nothing too exciting and not exactly my favorite style. But a well-made gateway beer that should appeal to the novice craft beer drinker.

This beer tastes and smells just like Fat Tire, which is a good thing since I can't get that around here. A delectable amber with a grainy nose and a sweet malty finish. I could drink this all day ( and I just might). I have yet to have a disappointing beer from Full Pint. They might just be the best local brewery.

Poured from a 12 FL OZ bottle into a pint glass. BEST BY MAY2013. LOT 282.
Appearance: Pours a crystal clear amber with a thin white head. Decent carbonation.
Smell: Very grainy. Typical spent grain malt aroma of a brewery (or paper mill!) Slight finishing aroma of chocolate malts (which is indicated on the label.)
Taste: Wow, I'd say the chocolate malts dominate the flavor of this beer. Very interesting for an amber ale. Not very hoppy.
Mouthfeel: Somewhat thin, but typical of a brown and/or amber ale in my opinion.
Overall: I was expecting this to be a boring, ho-hum typical amber/brown ale, but the dominant chocolate malt aroma and flavor but this into an interesting subcategory. I'm impressed!

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has a caramel color with a 1.2 inch head. Smell is mild, some malts. Taste is also light, malts, some faint hops, just a touch of caramel. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a rather subdued but refreshing beer.
