A-Pours the color of sparkling apple cider with no head, just lots of tiny bubbles clinging to the sides of the glass.

S-Sorghum, sweet raspberry. Smells like extract. Hope this isn't as sweet as the aroma indicates.

T/M-First thing. This beer is in dire need of carbonation. Mouthfeel like a limp handshake, and that just makes a bad first impression. The flavor profile is interesting, if not a bit sloppy. Tastes like Captain Crunch (with crunchberries), blended with a cheap corn lager. If I tasted this blind with no prior information, I'd probably think it was Blue Moon mixed with Magners, or some other cheap cider. The finish is slightly metallic, a recurring theme in my experience with sorghum based beers.

O-There really aren't enough good options out there for people who need gluten free. That being said, you can do better than this. The Green's line, or the St. Peter's Sorghum are both superior to this.

Bottle pour at the BevMo Holiday Beerfest held at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.

Pours a hazy light red with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of grain, yeast, and some slight raspberry aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild tartness on the finish. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty average beer but it's drinkable and light.

Wow, was hoping for a lot more than what this beer gave me. Reddish, pink pour with very small head; minimal to no lacing. Flavor is more reminiscent of a wine cooler than a beer, very tart, somewhat sour. Not totally terrible, but nothing I would buy again.

A-Pours a wacky pinkish color. Head is nearly nonexistent. Body of the beer is crystal clear. The head leaves slight but complete lacing rings.

S-Raspberry lemonade and buttered toast. The raspberry is not tart in the nose, just sweet and artificial. However, I must say I find the nose to be semi-intoxicating.

T-The flavor is not as nice. Syrupy raspberry. Grenadine and sorghum. Finishes lightly corny. The ending flavor notes are a bit off; ;most tastes like snap peas. For a Raspberry Gluten Free beer, this is far better than I expected it to be.

M-Light and watery with seltzer-esque carbonation. Goes down easy enough. Kinda surprised that it is 5% ABV. I would have expected it to be only 3.5%.

O/D-For what it is, I find it to be pretty successful. Celiacs in need of a Fruit Beer should seek this out. Its honestly not that bad.

On behalf of my non-gluten allowed wife...

Pours a clear, light pink, with a small soapy head. Looks like a rose' without the champagne bubbles.

Smell is slightly off, almost sour, like a lambic with hints of unidentified berry aromas.

Very light in flavor like most GF beers. Clean and crisp with a dry fruit finish.

Thin, light, with low carbonation.

For someone who cant drink regular beer, this is a drinkable solution, but not one that mimics the characteristics of beer much. It is more of a watered down, fruit wine with a few bubbles.
