This one is really a keeper. I love cask-conditioned ales, and this was perhaps a mellower version of their excellent seasonal draft. (Drinkin' a growler of draft as we speak.) Bright fresh nose, brimmin' with citrusy hoppage. Dry hopped. (Actually some hopweeds floating on the bottom, first time I've seen that.) Low carbonation, less hoppy than the draft, very fruity & piney.
Overall very nice, well-balanced brew, but I prefer the draft version. Both are dry hopped with whole fresh hops. And that is never bad.

I would prefer this IPA over Rockbottom's Improper Hopper (aka Double Barrell IPA) to be their year-round offering, but nonetheless.
This beer pours a nice deep orange color w/ an off-white 2 finger head. Some lacing, but the head retention was most impressive. The taste was superb, from a West Coast IPA standpoint...very refreshing w/ a fruity, piney taste. A hint of malt, but more hop than anything. The beer is not too carbonated and is actually a bit oily, but that just helps them go down that much easier. Looking forward to this brew coming back soon.

Pours a cloudy leathery-orange, topped with a two finger creamy tan head, leaves sticky webs of lacing.
Fragrant, citrus, pine and wood, toffee and "rye bread".
Citrus, pine and toffee taste, orange, some biscuit and lots of grapefruit.
Light-medium bodied, a bit oily and too thin.
I could drink 3 or 4 of these, and actually I did.
