Also drank on tap at Churchills Pub, ordered back to back with another Mother Earth ipa (sinister prime minister, possibly made just for Churchills? Name indicates as much I guess). I liked this beer more. Came out a light orange, the color synonymous with awesome hoppy brews. We're off to a good start. Aroma, good dry hopping, a mix of C hops and proprietary I would guess, I think this one had a good citra like contribution. Flowery and dank at the same time.
Taste, wonderful, lots of citrus and tropical fruit, bright hop flavors, very fresh tasting, plenty of green vegetal thoughts going on. This one, unlike sinister prime minister was a hop blast, and at the same time hid the alcohol much better. The malt character was a little lighter, minimal caramel, just a cracker like dry combination with lots of hops. Really good stuff.

Slightly hazed dark golden with lighter edges, and a pillowy, near-white, persistent head. Nice retention and gorgeous lacing. All good.
A wonderful aroma combining grapefruit rind character, citrus notes, some pine and floral notes, and just a bit of bread and caramel sweetness.
The flavor follows the aroma nicely, with a fairly large emphasis on the grapefruit rind character. Moderate to high bitterness, though very appropriate for the style. Citrus notes, some pine, and a little bit of earth and bread combine incredibly nicely.
Medium bodied with crisp, moderate-high carbonation. Exceptionally drinkable. Gulpable. Perfect.
Without a doubt, my favorite hoppy beer from Mother Earth to date. Keep up the great work!
