The colour is deep amber with a hint of red. The liquid is a bit cloudy; the two finger airy head is warm beige. It sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing.
The smell is fresh and hoppy with fine citric-spicy-fruity flavours. Hints of green vegetables, sweet bread and fruit candy. Elegant clean bitter notes.
The taste is rich and bold. Fruity bitter flavours, dry hints of vegetables and hay (probably from the Fuggle). Fresh bread and hints of toffee/caramel. Full bodied for the strength and style. The fine bitterness continues in the aftertaste. Dry hoppy flavours and warming alcohol. Hints of green vegetables, green grapes and fruit drops. Vegetables and fruity hops in the finish.
The carbonation is mild to medium, the bubbles very smooth, as is the liquid.
A very drinkable and pleasant beer, the style is somewhere between an American APA and a British IPA.

A clear pale amber with a white head leaving little lacing.
The smell is citric, lemon, green apples and freshly cut grass. A dextrose nuance as well.
The tastes start with a white sugar sweetness, wheat crackers, lemon juice and bitter oranges, a grape-fruit peel bitterness.
Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a smooth and refreshing feeling, a long medium dryness.
A nice refreshing APA, but with some bite. Perfect while waiting for the train.
